The Opportunity
This is a rare chance for someone early in their technical career to accelerate fast. You will be enrolled in an intensive fast-track development programme with a clear path to significantly increase your earning potential within your first 12 months and you will be doing real, meaningful work on enterprise client projects from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting in the design, configuration, and implementation of ITSM solutions using ServiceNow or Halo ITSM across live enterprise projects
- Working alongside Senior Architects to translate business requirements into technical blueprints aligned with the company's proprietary Service Operations Framework
- Actively engaging in an intensive training programme to rapidly upskill across broader AIOps, ITSM, and enterprise architecture technologies
- Participating in technical workshops and helping present solutions to client-side stakeholders
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of technical accelerators and deployment methodologies
What They Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, or architecting solutions within ServiceNow or Halo ITSM - preferable but not essential
- Strong foundational understanding of ITSM workflows, platform integrations, and IT operations
- Highly driven and ambitious - someone who wants to commit to a rigorous 12-month development pathway and come out the other side significantly ahead
- Comfortable in a fully office-based environment - the role is remote with travel to client site, HQ in either London or Glasgow
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
- UK resident with full right to work - sponsorship is not available for this role
The Package
£60,000 - £80,000 OTE within 12 months based on performance, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, unrivalled career acceleration alongside proven industry leaders.
