Do you have strong Cisco networking experience and a solid background in complex enterprise infrastructure? This is an opportunity to join a prestigious global law firm undertaking a significant cloud migration programme, where you will be delivering 3rd line operational support across a complex global network environment, sitting within a busy IT infrastructure team and covering both BAU and project-based activity.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to, troubleshoot and resolve network issues raised via the ticketing system, providing top-level support across WAN and LAN technologies.
- Oversee and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring continued availability and reliability across the global estate.
- Ensure the network meets required security standards and controls, with a strong focus on Layer 7 technologies.
- Work with third-party vendors to identify root cause analysis on support issues.
- Support the implementation of new technologies, contributing to both BAU and project initiatives including the ongoing Azure cloud migration programme.
- Produce clear support documentation and technical implementation plans.
- HP Aruba wireless experience, including global deployments.
- Solid VPN and MPLS network experience.
