Identity & Access Manager – Remote – Contract – Outside IR35
VIQU have partnered with an organisation undergoing a major IT transformation. They are seeking an Identity & Access Manager to support the integration of users, domains, and access controls into a unified Active Directory and Azure AD environment.
Role Overview:
The Identity & Access Manager will play a key role in aligning identity and access profiles across the organisation. Working closely with the existing IAM Manager, this position will focus on ensuring a smooth transition of user accounts and access rights into a consolidated tenant, supporting operational efficiency and security.
You will:
- Support the design and execution of the identity and access integration plan across Active Directory and Azure AD
- Manage user account migrations, group policy updates, and access control alignment.
- Assist in the consolidation of users into a new Azure AD tenant.
- Work closely with the IAM Manager and wider technical teams to ensure security standards and governance policies are upheld
Key skills & experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD
- Proven background in identity and access management, particularly in large enterprise or M&A environments
- Comfortable working without advanced IAM tooling – strong Excel skills and a methodical approach essential
- Experience with RBAC, group policy, and user account migrations
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure access transitions meet both technical and security requirements

- Rate: £500 – £600 per day
