VIQU has partnered with a leading legal organisation seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI, automation, analytics and digital transformation initiatives across the business. Previous experience working within a legal environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities of the AI Business Analyst:
- Identify and shape AI, automation, analytics and generative AI use cases.
- Gather and translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, interviews and data discovery sessions.
- Support the design, testing, validation and implementation of AI solutions.
- Assess data readiness, quality, governance and associated AI risks.
- Support UAT, change impact assessments, adoption and AI governance.
Key Requirements of the AI Business Analyst:
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Essential: Previous experience working within a legal environment.
- Experience delivering technology, business change, AI, data, analytics, automation or digital transformation initiatives.
- Good understanding of AI concepts, including generative AI and data-driven solutions.
- Strong data literacy and experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and UAT.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, risk and compliance.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- BCS Business Analysis or equivalent qualification is desirable.
