You will play a key part in supporting business-as-usual (BAU) operations while also driving and coordinating small to medium-sized projects that arise from remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support BAU network operations, ensuring stability, performance, and security
  • Plan and deliver remediation-driven projects (e.g., security patching, firmware upgrades, hardware refreshes)
  • Work closely with the Network Team Lead to support resource allocation, workload planning, and prioritisation
  • Manage and coordinate incident response, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Handle vendor maintenance notifications and assess operational impact
  • Raise and manage change requests in line with governance processes
  • Use tools such as Jira (or equivalent) to track tasks, projects, and team activities

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in network engineering (routing, switching, security, and infrastructure)
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver projects, not just execute technical tasks
  • Experience supporting BAU environments alongside project delivery
  • Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools

For this role, you will be required to be onsite in London 2-3 days per week.
