Infrastructure Engineer (Storage) - London - Hybrid - Inside IR35 - £500 - £600 per day
Core Tasks To Include:
Responsible for managing day to day operations working on BAU tickets including Incidents, Work Orders, Problems, BAU Improvements and projects work on a rotation basis. It will be primary focus for a period to gain understanding of the estate, including any support of the daily operational meetings and service management support around any service impacting tickets.
Technical Skills:
- Experience of supporting and scripting DSM Shell for Isilon
- Good knowledge and Experience of PowerShell Rest API tools, and programming scripts
- NAS migration experience.
- Pure Storage Administrator experience.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administration within a highly professional environment.
- DELL EMC VPLEX experience
- DELL EMC Unity
- Commvault
- DELL EMC VXRail experience.
- Cisco MDS administration and configuration
- Cohesity Maintenance /Support
- Suparna (bespoke software which can be taught on site)
- They should be able to demonstrate a structured approach to work as well as being able to deal with people professionally at all levels.
- Look after morning cheeks and reporting to Operations Morning Meetings.
- Attend weekly meetings around BAU ticket management and resolve these in SLA.
- Automation Skills on PowerShell and scripting languages to enable us to manage the estate more efficient.

- Commvault administration and configuration
- Cohesity Maintenance /Support
