VIQU IT are seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our growing Birmingham team. This is a business development-led opportunity focused on winning new clients, building strong commercial relationships and expanding our presence across the UK technology market.

Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:- Drive new business development across the IT and technology market through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals and meetings
- Build and manage long-term relationships with hiring managers, key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Develop and grow your own client base, creating a sustainable and profitable desk
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner, advising clients on hiring strategy, market trends and talent availability
- Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full client engagement process
- Represent VIQU IT in a professional, consultative and relationship-led manner
- Experience in recruitment, B2B sales, account management or other client-focused commercial roles
- A proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts
