What you’ll do

  • Design and implement business processes using BPM tools and formal modelling techniques
  • Map workflows and visualise change that aligns with regulatory and operational goals
  • Partner with IT teams to align system changes with process evolution
  • Define SLAs, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive delivery
  • Collaborate across departments to create joined-up, future-ready operations
  • Set the groundwork for building a team around you as the function matures

What you’ll need

  • Proven experience delivering workflow improvements using formal process methodologies (BPM, BPMN etc.)
  • A background in regulated industries – you know how to bake compliance into every step
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of IT system change processes and how they connect to business operations
