What you’ll do
- Design and implement business processes using BPM tools and formal modelling techniques
- Map workflows and visualise change that aligns with regulatory and operational goals
- Partner with IT teams to align system changes with process evolution
- Define SLAs, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive delivery
- Collaborate across departments to create joined-up, future-ready operations
- Set the groundwork for building a team around you as the function matures
What you’ll need
- Proven experience delivering workflow improvements using formal process methodologies (BPM, BPMN etc.)
- A background in regulated industries – you know how to bake compliance into every step
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of IT system change processes and how they connect to business operations
