We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Systems Engineer with strong hands-on experience in installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and perimeter security systems. This is a UK-wide field-based role working across commercial and high-security environments, delivering installation work across a range of integrated electronic security systems. The ideal candidate will have strong practical installation experience and be confident working independently on customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, and perimeter security systems
- Fault diagnosis and repair of installed systems
- Planned preventative maintenance across multiple sites
- Basic testing and commissioning support where required
- Completion of engineering reports and site documentation
- Managing van stock, tools, and equipment
- Liaising with clients and site representatives
- Supporting system handover and demonstrations
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification
- Accurate reporting and data entry via company systems
Requirements
- Strong experience in installation of electronic security systems
- Experience with CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, or perimeter systems
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
