VIQU is recruiting a Software Engineer for a growing technology business building cloud-native platforms across AWS, IoT, and AI-powered solutions. This is a backend-leaning full stack role, working primarily with TypeScript/Node.js in an AWS environment, with some frontend (React) exposure. You’ll take ownership of features from design through to deployment, working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain backend services using TypeScript/Node.js
- Develop within an AWS environment (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB)
- Contribute to frontend development using React where required
- Own features end-to-end from design through to deployment
- Support CI/CD pipelines and improve system performance and scalability
Experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack / Backend Engineer:
- Strong TypeScript/Node.js experience
- Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or similar)
- Experience building APIs and scalable backend systems
- React and TypeScript frontend experience
- Exposure to Python or Go
- Interest in AI/LLM tooling or IoT systems
