2nd Line Support Engineer / BAU – 12-month contract – CrawleyWe are currently looking for an experience 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a successful team provide onsite support to users. The role will be based on site in Crawley 5 day per week and will involve taking escalations from the Service Desk as well as dealing with walk ups and deskside support.Experience working with users face to face and providing outcome focused customer service is a must as opposed to a purely numbers focused ticket clearing approach.The successful IT Support Engineer must excellent customer service/communication skills to complement the technical experience below.IT Support Engineer – Technical Skills / Experience required:Prior experience within a 2nd Line roleWindows 11 / O365 – Administration and SupportProviding proficient face to face engagement with customers.To be able to diagnose hardware issues – Printers and Laptops etcTo take ownership of tickets and be committed to resolve them end to endPrevious Linux experience is desiredExperience using Powershell, Service Now and tools like MECM, SCCM or MSCM is also desired.The 2nd line Support Engineer is required to be onsite in Crawley, 5 days a week for the duration of the 12-month contract.This 2nd line Support Engineer role is an immediate requirement with interview slots available next week.Apply now to speak with VIQU IT in confidence.
