Tungsten Automation Consultant – Remote – Outside IR35 My client is looking for an experienced Tungsten (Kofax) Automation Consultant to support the business following the recent go-live of the OCR automation solution. The organisation has recently come out of hypercare and needs someone pragmatic and hands-on to review the existing build, understand how the solution has been implemented and help the business maximise its value. Key responsibilities of the Tungsten Automation Consultant: Review and assess the existing OCR automation build following go-live. Work with the business to understand how the Tungsten system has been configured and identify areas for improvement. Support the onboarding of approximately 200 suppliers. Help improve OCR extraction and the intelligence behind how data is captured and processed. Design, test and implement improvements to existing automation processes. Support integrations with other systems, with API experience being beneficial.
