VIQU have partnered with an established but growing Saa S company, and part of a larger international software group.
As the business continues its shift from desktop to Saa S, they're looking for a Client Services & Success Manager to take ownership of their helpdesk and Professional Services function.
This role will report directly to the CEO.
The business is moving from desktop to Saa S, with this function sitting at the centre of that shift.
The role will have autonomy to shape how the team operates, backed by a business that's investing in getting this right.
Job duties of the Client Services & Success Manager
Drive, upsell and expand within the existing client base.
Manage a professional service and a support team, setting clear expectations, and holding the team accountable to their targets.
- Run product training and onboarding sessions with clients.
Lead client projects such as cloud migrations and holding clients and internal teams to agreed timelines.
- Utilise new technologies, including AI, to ensure teams are productive.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
Experience required for the Client Services & Success Manager
Proven experience managing a professional services team, ideally within the Saa S space.
Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar, with a commercial focus.
- Experience optimising workflows using AI.
- Commercial awareness - comfortable owning a target and having upsell/growth conversations with clients.
Experience managing client-facing projects involving technical delivery (migrations, implementations, onboarding).
Seniority to operate autonomously and represent the organisation at a senior level.
