Desktop Support Engineer – (Mac Focused) Location: London – 5 days onsite Contract: 3 months IR35: Inside IR35 Start: ASAP We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a strong Mac focus to join our customer's IT team in London on an initial 3-month contract. This is a great opportunity for a technically capable Desktop Support Engineer who has a good foundation in IT support, strong Mac experience and, importantly, excellent people skills. The Role You will provide day-to-day desktop support to approximately 150 users , acting as a key point of contact for IT support within the London office. Technical Environment The customer operates a predominantly Apple environment: 90% Mac / 10% Windows macOS and Apple hardware Microsoft Entra ID – desirable Cisco – desirable IT ticketing/service management systems User access management Hardware provisioning and support The role will include: Providing day-to-day desktop support , with a strong focus on Mac/macOS Managing and resolving tickets through the IT ticketing system
