We're looking for a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to support a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team by coordinating programmes, projects and industry working groups
The Role
You'll provide project coordination and secretariat support for key health and safety initiatives, working with industry members, regulators, government departments and professional bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings, steering committees and working groups.
- Support health and safety projects and public safety campaigns.
- Help deliver operational and electrical safety programmes.
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documentation.
- Track actions, budgets and programme progress.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in Health & Safety.
- Experience supporting committees, governance groups, projects or programmes.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Experience with website content or digital communications would be an advantage.
