Hybrid (some travel to Nottingham office)

Working Hours: Shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00, 7 days a week. This role has a rotational shift pattern shared with the wider team, you must be available for all shifts in the rota between 7am and 10pm Monday-Sunday.

We are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a problem-solving environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising the performance of a fleet of gas-powered generators. You will:

  • Monitor systems and tools to track performance and identify issues
  • Manage and oversee operational activity across multiple assets
  • Investigate and resolve availability or performance issues
  • Carry out daily root cause analysis and reporting
  • Produce and maintain operational reports against targets
  • Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Management teams to drive performance improvements
