We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Industrial Sales Manager to join a growing team in the energy sector. The Role
- Identify, target, and secure new industrial customers
- Lead, coach, develop a team of Business Development Managers
- Develop bespoke proposals that add tangible value to clients while meeting commercial objectives
- Negotiate contracts, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and positioning
Base pay range £60,000 – £70,000 per year (London area, dependent on experience)
About You
- Proven experience selling energy supply (electricity, gas, or related services) to industrial clients
- Commercially savvy; understands market drivers, pricing models, and procurement processes in the energy sector
- Entrepreneurial; able to spot opportunities and act decisively to capture them
