The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and proactive
Project Planner to join a growing projects team in Coventry.
Working closely with Project Managers, the PMO Manager and wider planning team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer-facing project programmes, monitoring progress and supporting effective project controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and communicate project programmes using Microsoft Project.
- Work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure project information is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks, issues and potential delays at an early stage.
- Ensure programmes clearly identify contractual dates, key milestones and key project dependencies.
- Produce project planning reports, updates and performance information for the PMO and wider business.
- Maintain accurate, controlled and accessible project and business documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, standards and reporting.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
You will be proactive, confident working with different stakeholders and keen to take ownership of your work.
Ideally, you will have
- Experience developing and maintaining project programmes.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar planning software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Experience with Power BI and Power Tools would be advantageous.
