This is a senior leadership opportunity for an established engineering-led business operating in the high-voltage and grid connections space. The role carries full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the division, offering the ability to shape the business and influence long-term outcomes. You will act as the public face of the division, lead senior managers, and play a central role in setting long‑term direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the division’s performance, strategy, and delivery.
- Lead and manage senior functional heads across technical, project delivery, commercial, and finance.
- Act as a senior client‑facing figure, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and stakeholder engagements.
- Define and execute long‑term strategy, including decisions around structure, resourcing, and geographic footprint.
- Ensure successful delivery of high‑voltage engineering projects.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a team of, embedding accountability and high standards.
- Work closely with group leadership while retaining clear divisional ownership and independence.

- Strong technical engineering background within high‑voltage electricity networks.
