We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in the design and development of electrical distribution networks across various voltage levels. This position demands creativity, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail to deliver innovative and compliant electrical network solutions.
- Develop detailed electrical distribution network designs across varying voltage levels, adhering to client specifications, IDNO/DNO requirements and regulatory legislation.
- Ensure all designs comply with company policies, documents, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Create schematic diagrams based on engineering concepts and preliminary sketches.
- Coordinate and oversee ICP Services projects, subcontractors, and related activities.
Proven experience in a similar Electrical Design role. Extensive experience in obtaining design approval of contestable works within the ICP/DNO/IDNO industry. Proficiency in IT Systems such as CAD software for electrical design and layout. Familiarity with health and safety considerations in design processes.
