Our client is a fully accredited, leading ICP in the UK who cover a wide range of utilities installation services, managing and delivering installation of utilities and clean water infrastructure.
Location: Durham/Northeast

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and growing client relationships across the Northeast region. The role is focused on nurturing existing accounts, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring clients receive solutions and support that align with their ongoing business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects, pricing, and service delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and support future business opportunities.
- Utilise market and client insights to strengthen account strategies and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with design, pre-construction, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to project completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or client-facing commercial positions.
- Understanding of utilities, infrastructure, or construction industries.
- Ability to interpret technical information and communicate clearly.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with developers or ICPs would be an advantage.
