We\’re looking for a Trainee Design Technician to join a Leeds-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded individual to develop their skills and contribute to critical infrastructure projects across the UK.

The Role:
As a Trainee Design Technician, you’ll support the delivery of utility network designs from concept through to completion. You’ll receive structured training and mentorship from experienced engineers while contributing to live projects across gas, water, electricity, and telecoms infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD (or similar CAD software)
Collaborate with engineers to produce accurate utility designs
Interpret technical data, plans, and site information
Maintain records, technical documents, and admin systems
Assist with the planning and coordination of design activities What We’re Looking For:
