We’re looking for a strategic, senior-level Health & Safety professional to lead cultural transformation across multiple key infrastructure contracts. What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a culture-focused H&S transformation – this is about behaviour, mindset and engagement, not just policy enforcement
- Working with senior leadership teams to drive tangible improvements across the business
- Helping shape and structure the future team – including replacing contractors and potentially bringing in your own talent
- Managing H&S across multiple sites and frameworks, delivering consistency and excellence
- Influencing major projects in utilities, housing and infrastructure – some of the UK’s most important builds
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working across multiple contracts/frameworks
- Comfortable working closely with executive-level leadership to drive change
- Background in large or complex infrastructure projects
- Strong strategic mindset – able to influence and inspire, not just enforce
- Desirable: HV/Electrical experience (not essential)
