What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading a culture-focused H&S transformation – this is about behaviour, mindset and engagement, not just policy enforcement
  • Working with senior leadership teams to drive tangible improvements across the business
  • Helping shape and structure the future team – including replacing contractors and potentially bringing in your own talent
  • Managing H&S across multiple sites and frameworks, delivering consistency and excellence
  • Influencing major projects in utilities, housing and infrastructure – some of the UK’s most important builds

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working across multiple contracts/frameworks
  • Comfortable working closely with executive-level leadership to drive change
  • Background in large or complex infrastructure projects
  • Strong strategic mindset – able to influence and inspire, not just enforce
  • Desirable: HV/Electrical experience (not essential)
