We’re looking for a strategic, senior-level Health & Safety professional to lead cultural transformation across multiple key infrastructure contracts. This is your opportunity to work at the heart of a national business, directly influencing leadership and embedding a proactive, people-first safety culture.   What You’ll Be Doing Leading a culture-focused H&S transformation – this is about behaviour, mindset and engagement, not just policy enforcement Working with senior leadership teams to drive tangible improvements across the business Helping shape and structure the future team – including replacing contractors and potentially bringing in your own talent Managing H&S across multiple sites and frameworks, delivering consistency and excellence Influencing major projects in utilities, housing and infrastructure – some of the UK’s most important builds   What We’re Looking For Proven experience working across multiple contracts/frameworks Comfortable working closely with executive-level leadership to drive change Background in large or complex infrastructure projects Strong strategic mindset – able to influence and inspire, not just enforce Desirable: HV/Electrical experience (not essential)   What’s in It for You?
