Key Responsibilities
- Conduct retrofit assessments in line with PAS 2035
- Prepare technical reports and Retrofit Assessment packs
- Capture photographic evidence and floor plans
- Carry out EPCs, borescope inspections, and SAP analysis
- Liaise with internal teams to support project delivery
- Maintain sector knowledge and attend project meetings
Requirements
- Domestic Energy & Retrofit Assessor qualifications
- Experience in domestic energy efficiency
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
