The Role:

You'll work closely with leaders and managers across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions that support performance, engagement and growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to align people plans with business goals.
  • Coaching managers on performance, leadership and employee relations matters.
  • Managing complex ER cases including conduct, grievance, attendance and capability.
  • Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Using people data and insight to identify trends and recommend solutions.
