Due to continued growth, the business is looking to appoint an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support leaders and help drive high-performing teams across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys combining strategic business partnering with hands-on operational HR support in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
The Role:
You’ll work closely with leaders and managers across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions that support performance, engagement and growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with leaders to align people plans with business goals.
- Coaching managers on performance, leadership and employee relations matters.
- Managing complex ER cases including conduct, grievance, attendance and capability.
- Supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Using people data and insight to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Supporting HR reporting, payroll processes and HRIS administration.
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:
We’re looking for someone who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and provide pragmatic HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. You’ll bring:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
- Proven experience in a Business Partner or People Partner role.
- Strong employee relations and organisational change experience.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience with HR systems, reporting and payroll-related processes.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
