Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management Lead to optimise the facilities and management for a major construction project. This role will ensure that the facilities fulfil their intended purposes and meet high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead facilities services for building office areas, aligning with project needs.
  2. Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  3. Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
  4. Manage CAD and data software for workspace records.
  5. Ensure team competency, manage risk, and resolve issues quickly.
  6. Deliver monthly reports on safety, KPIs, and financials.
  7. Maintain high standards in safety and compliance.

Experience & Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years relevant facilities management experience.
  2. CAD experience.
  3. Experience in budgeting, leadership, and workspace management.
  4. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  5. Safety certifications like IOSH or behavioural safety training would be valuable but isn’t essential.

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + benefits
