We’re seeking a skilled Facilities Management Lead to optimise the facilities and management for a major construction project. This role will ensure that the facilities fulfil their intended purposes and meet high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead facilities services for building office areas, aligning with project needs.
- Oversee contract deliverables and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Build positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Manage CAD and data software for workspace records.
- Ensure team competency, manage risk, and resolve issues quickly.
