We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a fast-growing network across London and surrounding areas. You will manage a team of engineers and a central warehouse, ensuring high availability, safety, and cost-effective operations.
The role
- Leading and scheduling a team of field technicians and warehouse staff
- Managing preventive and corrective maintenance programmes
- Overseeing commissioning of new charge points
- Running the warehouse, stock and spare parts
- Ensuring full HSE and regulatory compliance
- Managing suppliers, logistics and performance KPIs
- Controlling budgets and operational costs
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in maintenance and warehouse management (ideally EV charging, electrical, or hardware infrastructure)
- Experience managing field teams and rotas
- Knowledge of stock control, logistics and shipping
- Confident with MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting dashboards
- Highly organised, analytical and able to work with multiple stakeholders
