They are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Customer Service Advisor to join the team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries related to their energy services. You will be responsible for offering expert advice, troubleshooting issues, processing requests, and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Resolve a variety of customer queries, including billing, account changes, and technical issues.
Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and tariffs.
Handle complaints effectively, working to resolve them and maintain customer satisfaction.
