At Vipre Security Group we are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our regional expansion across the UK and Ireland. You will drive brand presence and translate global cybersecurity strategies into highâimpact regional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bespoke field marketing plans designed to drive brand awareness and generate highâquality leads within the UK market.
- Lead the endâtoâend planning and execution of industry trade shows, corporate events and executive roundtables.
- Act as a strategic partner to the regional sales teams, ensuring all marketing initiatives are tightly aligned with local sales targets and territory goals.
- Manage the UK marketing budget with precision, tracking ROI and providing detailed reporting on the commercial impact of all activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison to the global content team to produce and distribute marketing collateral (brochures, presentations and sales kits) tailored for the British audience.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure seamless execution of email journeys and leadânurture campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
- Drive both "toâpartner" and "throughâpartner" marketing strategies to strengthen our channel ecosystem.
- Oversee the management of VIPRE's PRM system and partner portals to ensure resellers have the tools required to scale.
Job Qualifications
- Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and campaign performance data to drive informed strategic decisionâmaking.
- Creative thinking with a focus on strategic and longâterm campaign alignment.
- Handsâon experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot) and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and a customerâcentric mindset that prioritises delivering value.
- Adaptability and flexibility to pivot quickly in response to market changes or customer needs.
