We are seeking an Account Manager to join our UK team. As part of the Channel Sales function, you will work closely with the MSP Sales Manager for EMEA to manage and grow both new and existing partner accounts. Your focus will be on identifying cross-sell, upsell, and new business opportunities, while maintaining and expanding recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with MSP partners and their customers across the UK and Ireland.
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of partner accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, and new business.
  • Generate and progress pipeline through structured outreach, follow-ups, and partner engagement.
  • Support partners in understanding and positioning VIPRE solutions to their customers.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and assist in moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day account activity, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and activity tracking within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner and customer experience.
  • Continuously build knowledge of cybersecurity, the channel, and VIPRE's solutions.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to build a career in sales, ideally within cybersecurity or technology.
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and a proactive approach to learning and self-development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workload independently and take ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships with customers and partners.
  • Some experience of owning or managing customer relationships (in any commercial or customer-facing role).
  • A positive, resilient mindset with the ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in understanding how businesses operate.
  • Previous experience in sales or IT is beneficial but not essential - attitude and potential are more important.

Compensation Range

The salary compensation for this role is £25,000 to £30,000 base + commission. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
