Senior Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate must hold a Doctorate (PhD) in Health Education and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the health, beauty, or medical aesthetics field—either locally or internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate all clinical and operational procedures to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance directly to the Director to support business decisions and innovation.
• Monitor and audit the implementation of advanced aesthetic practices and health-related services.
• Advise on staff development and training to maintain high industry standards.
• Support continuous improvement by assessing equipment, procedures, and technologies.
• Ensure best practices in hygiene, customer care, and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Health Education (mandatory)
• Minimum 20 years of industry experience (local or international)
• Proven leadership and advisory experience within a medical, beauty, or wellness environment
• Deep understanding of health regulations, aesthetic treatments, and technical standards
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
