We are looking for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our Client. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in logistics and be capable of driving business growth through strong customer relationships and effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overachieve revenue and profit targets for existing accounts and win new business.
- Produce annual account plans and manage customer contracts/SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Communicate effectively to drive revenue, profit growth, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics market.
- Excellent negotiating skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Strong understanding of B2B and ability to manage multiple commercial processes.
- Full clean driving license.
