This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Civils located in Taunton. The Project Manager will oversee civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Responsibilities include managing project timelines, overseeing infrastructure development, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Budget management, team leadership, and effective communication with stakeholders will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects - culverts, drainage, bridge repairs etc.
- Proven expertise in Construction Management and overseeing on-site operations.
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for projects.
- Demonstrated skills in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver projects to a high standard while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in similar civil engineering projects.
- SMSTS / CSCS Managers card.
