The Role: We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to help bring our marketing strategy to life through campaigns, events, content creation, and sales enablement activity. Supporting a business that delivers intelligence installed across critical infrastructure, this role plays a key part in strengthening our brand, engaging technical audiences, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high‑impact marketing initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Campaign Delivery Support
- Execute marketing tasks as directed by Head of Marketing and coordinated by senior marketing team members
- Produce and publish marketing assets across channels
- Support delivery of multi‑channel campaign outputs
- Maintain awareness of marketing trends and best practice to support improved campaign execution and contribute ideas for optimisation.
- Event Support & Delivery
- Assist in planning and delivery of marketing events
- Support logistics, materials preparation, and on‑the‑day execution
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams as required
- Assist in creation and maintenance of sales enablement materials
- Ensure materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with campaign messaging
- Support distribution and organisation of sales content
- Third‑Party Coordination Support
- Assist in briefing and managing external suppliers
- Track delivery of assets from designers, copywriters, and print suppliers
- Support feedback and revision cycles
- Reporting & Administration
- Support collection of campaign performance data
- Assist with reporting and tracking of marketing activity
What We Are Looking For:
- 2–5 years marketing experience
- Strong organisational and execution skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels
- Ability to work to structured briefs and deadlines
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for creative quality and brand consistency
Desirable, but not essential:
- Oil & gas industry marketing experience
