We are recruiting for a fantastic Sales Advisor to join the VIP team! Based at our Kiosk in St George's Shopping Centre, the successful Sales Advisor will earn up to £7.90 per hour & achievable monthly bonuses. This role is part time, 16 hours per week.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be confident and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience and truly represent the VIP brand. As the UK’s Leading Premium Vaping & Electronic Cigarette Operator, this is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding company and as a Sales Advisor, you will be at the very heart of all the action.
Main duties of a VIP Sales Advisor:- Providing customers with an outstanding experience
- Driving sales of all VIP products, achieving individual sales targets & contributing to the wider performance of the Kiosk
- Accurately processing sales through the Epos system
- Driving our fantastic offers
- Carrying out customer consultations to give a superb VIP experience
- Delivering product care, maintenance requirements and warranty information
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Fantastic sales approach
- Concise numeracy skills
- Track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Professional, enthusiastic and friendly approach
- Excellent team player
- Vaping knowledge is not essential, but would be an advantage!
