We are an award-recognised, rapidly expanding UK car leasing company, experiencing significant year-on-year growth and continuing to scale at pace. Our success is built on:
- Exceptional customer experience
- Strong manufacturer and funder relationships
- A performance-driven but supportive culture

As we enter our next phase of growth, we're bringing ambitious people on board who want to contribute, lead, grow, and be part of the journey, not just watch it happen.
We're now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive our sales department forward. This is a key leadership role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape a growing team. You won't just manage numbers; you'll build people, develop future leaders, and help create a high-performance culture that delivers outstanding results month after month.

You'll work closely with senior management and be heavily involved in improving processes, performance standards and customer experience as the business continues to scale.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Coaching daily through call reviews, 1-to-1s and live support
- Driving individual and team targets across volume, quality and profitability
- Creating a positive, competitive and professional team environment
- Monitoring KPIs and using data to improve performance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new starters
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class leasing journey from start to finish
- Feeding ideas into senior leadership as we continue to evolve and grow
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or team leader role
- Automotive, car leasing or motor finance experience preferred
- A strong track record of delivering results through people
- Confident communicator and natural motivator
- High standards, strong organisation and attention to detail
- Passion for coaching, development and building winning teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares, who wants to grow with the business, and who takes pride in building something long-term.
What's in It for You:
- Competitive basic salary
- Uncapped and highly achievable bonus structure
- Clear career progression as the business continues to grow
- Ongoing leadership training and development
- Supportive senior management team
- Modern offices and energetic working environment
- The opportunity to be part of an award-winning, fast-scaling company
- A genuine chance to grow your career alongside the company
This is a role where strong performers are recognised, rewarded and progressed.

- Moves fast
- Listens to ideas
- Promotes from within
- Invests in its people
- Celebrates success
