The Role:

As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their ideal vehicle lease. You’ll guide customers through the process from initial enquiry through to delivery, providing a first-class customer experience throughout.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound sales enquiries and building strong customer relationships
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicle and finance options
  • Delivering expert product knowledge across a wide range of manufacturers and lease packages
  • Negotiating and closing deals while maximising every sales opportunity
  • Managing your pipeline effectively and maintaining regular customer contact
  • Working closely with Sales Support and After Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Previous sales experience, ideally within automotive, leasing, finance, or a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline

Don’t worry if you don’t have direct leasing experience - attitude, energy, and ambition are just as important to us.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
One Saturday per month: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Day off in lieu provided when working Saturdays
