VIP Gateway is looking for a confident, professional and personable Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in a high-performance environment. We are an award-recognised, rapidly expanding UK car leasing company, experiencing significant year-on-year growth and continuing to scale at pace. We're now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive our sales department forward. This is a key leadership role where you'll be trusted with real responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape a growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales team
- Lead from the front in a fast-paced, phone-based leasing environment
- Coaching daily through call reviews, 1-to-1s and live support
- Driving individual and team targets across volume, quality and profitability
- Play a key role in the company's continued growth
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new starters
- Ensuring customers receive a first-class leasing journey from start to finish
- Feeding ideas into senior leadership as we continue to evolve and grow
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales leadership or team leader role
- Automotive, car leasing or motor finance experience preferred
- A strong track record of delivering results through people
- Confident communicator and natural motivator
- High standards, strong organisation and attention to detail
- Passion for coaching, development and building winning teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who cares, who wants to grow with the business, and who takes pride in building something long-term.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: One Saturday per month, 9:00am - 3:00pm
When a Saturday is worked, you'll receive a day off during the week. This rota ensures strong customer coverage while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our leadership team.
