The Role:

As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their perfect vehicle lease. Your role will involve:

  • Engaging with inbound leads, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs.
  • Providing expert advice on our extensive range of lease options and vehicle choices.
  • Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience.
  • Proactively managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and maximising every sales opportunity.
  • Collaborating with our Sales Support and Aftersales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets, and being rewarded for your success!

Who Are We Looking For?

We want go-getters, deal-closers, and customer champions. If you have the following skills and attributes, we'd love to hear from you:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in car leasing, automotive, or finance (but not essential – we hire attitude as much as experience!).
  • A natural communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • A competitive, target-driven mindset with a passion for achieving results.
  • Confidence using CRM systems and working in a structured sales process.
  • A team player who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment.
  • A genuine passion for cars and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: One Saturday per month, 9:00am – 3:00pm
When a Saturday is worked, you'll receive a day off during the week in lieu.
