Requirements

  • The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old.
  • Knowledge of a second European language and experience in customer service would be considered an advantage.
  • Candidates should be team players, customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, flexibility and maturity, and the ability to converse with guests at all levels.
  • They must maintain exceptional personal standards and wear the uniform with pride to promote Titan Airways' corporate image.
  • Additionally, candidates must be able to swim, reach 212 cm, and reside within 60 minutes of Gatwick Airport when on standby duty.

Benefits and Perks

  • Titan Airways offers a starting salary of £22,500 plus supplements for languages if applicable.
  • This unique flight pay means that you receive £80.50 per duty period, and while on duty, crew food is provided or you can use the company credit card for meals and soft drinks when away on company business.
  • A basic salary is paid during the initial training course, which lasts 3-4 weeks.
  • The package includes a generous holiday allowance of 45 days, including Bank Holidays and associated days off.
  • The ‘My Day Off’ scheme allows you to protect six days off in the summer and six in the winter.
  • Additional benefits include a 6.5% company pension, free car parking, enhanced sick pay, an Employee Assistance Programme, and access to Private Medical Insurance.
  • Part‑time options are available upon completion of initial training, but at this time, freelance working requests cannot be accommodated.
