Air Charter Scotland is seeking a professional and discreet Corporate Cabin Crew based in Liverpool to deliver world‑class service aboard VIP and executive charter flights. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well‑being of high‑profile clients while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality and confidentiality. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to meet the dynamic demands of private aviation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our charter clients and owners, with everything geared towards providing the best customer experience possible.
  • Work independently as well as within a team, driven and motivated to learn all required service procedures.
  • Be a confident communicator who demonstrates emotional intelligence, able to engage both customers and colleagues while representing the ACS brand.
  • Make decisions that impact both the service and the operation, understanding the commercial implications regarding catering, stock levels, and delivering a polished service.
  • Work closely with the cabin crew manager and base managers to maintain proper stock levels and control.
  • Contribute to packing plans, implement catering changes, and roll out procedures.
  • Form relationships and establish rapport with a diverse range of colleagues in the air and on the ground.
  • Be committed, hardworking, and reliable, with a clear understanding of how efforts contribute to team success.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and take control when needed, being a role model in uniform standards, customer interaction, and innovation.
  • Be flexible to work a varied shift pattern for an airline operating 24/7, 365 days a year, and be passionate about personal growth and continuous learning.
