This vital role involves overseeing cabin crew staff during flights, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to the airline’s values and standards. Key Responsibilities
- Receive flight information from the flight deck and lead pre‑flight briefings to delegate duties and positions to each crew member for the duration of the flight.
- Prepare the cabin for takeoff, ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers, and complete all mandatory regular checks during the flight.

Requirements

- A valid UK CAA Cabin Crew Attestation is preferred.
- Ability and confidence to swim 25 meters unassisted.
- At least one year of proven experience in a Senior Cabin Crew role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with problem‑solving abilities and the capability to think quickly under pressure.
- Experience in teamwork, supervision, and maintaining a professional attitude is required.
- Knowledge of medical first aid is necessary; updated medical training will be provided by Ascend Airways.
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Hold a valid Cabin Crew Medical and passport permitting unrestricted worldwide travel.
- Possess necessary vaccination certificates.
