We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Manager to lead our Day Centre for vulnerable individuals, including those living with illness and dementia. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality care, smooth daily operations, and a supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records, including care requirements and documentation
- Record staff and member attendance
- Prepare and send invoices to members
- Respond to emails and manage general administration
- Support the growth of the centre by welcoming and enrolling new members
- Ensure clients’ needs and requests are met with dignity and respect
- Provide care and support to vulnerable clients, including those with illness and dementia
