Working within an established IT team to deliver the next generation of Sage X3 ERP to VIP Computers, a leading PC components/peripherals distributor and PC manufacturer.

Our Business Analyst will be essential to further growth of VIP.
We are looking for a hands-on BA who can manage all aspects of the implementation process from requirements gathering, solution design, testing, project management, documentation, user training, and pre and post go-live support.
PLEASE NOTE SALARY IS UP TO £35,000.

Responsibilities : Capturing Business requirements, process mapping.
Document processes, timelines, and responsibilities.
Specifying and testing bespoke software requirements.
Customise and configure Screen and configuration.
Provide functional demonstrations and training to end users.
Resolve technical queries and provide support within the areas of expertise.
Proactively highlight project issues to the project team.
Continuously improve product knowledge.
Specifying and testing of integrations between Sage X3 third-party software.
Desirable skills : Know the full life-cycle implementation including support experience.
Proven experience as a business analyst in a similar environment.
Must have a good understanding of operational processes in the ERP world, with focus on Financials, Distribution and Manufacturing.
Crystal Reports.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take direction as well as work autonomously.
Knowledge of SEI, SQL Server Queries, Power BI.
Experience of implementing workflows.
Sage experience, Ideally X3.
