Are you an ambitious QA Leader ready to drive global impact? Step into an influential role at VIOOH as we revolutionize the digital out-of-home (OOH) advertising space. You will lead the quality strategy across two core, customer-facing products serving 15+ global markets. You will spearhead the resourcing and evolution of our existing Automation product while taking charge of the line management, contractor oversight, and launch execution for our next-generation Direct Sales Module (DSM) product.

As QA Manager within the Media Planning & Yield Solutions Centre of Excellence, you will take full ownership of quality engineering across critical products that power inventory sales for industry leaders like JCDecaux. Reporting directly to the Head of Product & Delivery (DSM), you will bridge technical execution, product vision, and cross-functional collaboration. You will line-manage a high-performing team of permanent Quality Engineers as well as contractors.

Your core focus will center on:

  • Building robust QA processes
  • Developing a solid QA strategy
  • Establishing regression testing routines
  • Shaping a clear environment setup strategy

You will own all Incident Flows and post-mortem procedures, using data and analytics to track quality metrics and drastically reduce repeat issues. Beyond day-to-day quality assurance, you will work in tight synchronization with agile squads, engineering managers, central IT, infrastructure, and security teams to align joint roadmaps, ensure security compliance, and challenge existing protocols. Furthermore, you will champion modern testing capabilities by introducing AI literacy across your team and the wider business to ensure we build high-performing, resilient products for our customers.

VIOOH is an equal opportunities employer, valuing diversity and is strongly committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and all applicants.

How to prepare for a job interview at VIOOH

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If VIOOH uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
