Location: London, Paddington (Hybrid). You will enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our London office to collaborate with the team.
About the Role
As a Product & Customer Solutions Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth integration and operational management of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) across our programmatic platform. You will act as the bridge between our partners, our Engineering and Product teams, and our global operations based in India. Your daily focus will involve investigating campaign delivery issues, troubleshooting partner queries, and monitoring platform performance to ensure excellence. By documenting recurring issues and contributing to process improvements, you will directly influence the efficiency of our global AdTech environment.
