Since launching in 2018, VIOOH has been on an incredible journey, growing into a global leader that processes over 1 billion impressions per month across 35+ markets. As we continue to scale our world-class programmatic platform, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager aka Product Deployment Manager to lead our next phase of growth.
You'll lead the full lifecycle of complex implementation projects, from business analysis to integration to testing to training, ensuring project milestones are achieved and anticipating issues by proactively proposing solutions. Location: London, Paddington. We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our vibrant London office.
About the Role
In this dynamic 50/50 split role, you will balance technical proficiency with high-impact client management. You will take full ownership of the implementation lifecycle, guiding new media owners as they integrate with the VIOOH product suite. Whether you are performing database queries using SQL, testing APIs via Postman, or leading strategic workshops for commercial stakeholders, you are the primary point of contact during the critical onboarding phase. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously driving efficiency, solving complex integration challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor to global partners.

What We’re Looking For?
- Technical Integration: You have previous experience managing technical projects, ideally within AdTech, programmatic trading or broader SaaS. Previously you may have worked as a Technical Integrations Manager, Product Implementation Manager or a Technical Project Manager or similar.
- Data Fluency: You are proficient in SQL for database queries and have an understanding of ETL and metadata management. Experience in Postman for API testing (Get, Push, Patch) would be desirable.
- Stellar Communicator: You can translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences and lead confident presentations or workshops for diverse stakeholders.
- Project Management skills: You are fully familiar with end-to-end project management methodologies, adeptly tracking risks, and resolving issues while maintaining strict governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organised Multi-tasker: You are highly organised and methodical, successfully managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with a detail-oriented and logical approach.
- Problem Solver: You have a passion for solving customer challenges and the ability to facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting opinions or technical requirements.
