Ready to kickstart your career in Product & Technical Integrations? Are you a recent graduate or high-potential early-career talent looking for the ultimate launchpad into the world of Technical Integrations and AdTech? VIOOH is looking for a curious, proactive, and analytical Technical Solutions Associate to join our team in London.

We don’t expect you to have years of industry experience on day one—industry knowledge is far less critical to us at this stage than your technical aptitude, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset. If you have a technical degree, love deconstructing problems, and want to work on global platforms, we will provide all the training and mentorship you need to thrive.

Location: London, Paddington (Hybrid). You will enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working, with a minimum of 20% of your time spent in our London office to collaborate with the team.

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for our global DSP partners, guiding them through every step of their integration journey with us. Your daily focus will involve managing the full end-to-end integration of our global DSP partners while proactively troubleshooting APIs and platform delivery issues. You will be comfortable diving into technical details, including reading and analyzing JSON and Java code, and querying SQL databases to solve complex queries. Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will reconcile large datasets in Excel and build insightful dashboards to analyze complex information with 10,000+ data points. Additionally, you will play a key role in continuous improvement by designing and implementing Jira workflows to optimize our global ways of working and documenting recurring issues to improve platform efficiency. Whilst a big part of your role will lean on technical integrations, you’ll also be client facing.

Why Join Us?

  • Accelerated Growth: You will have a clear pathway into technical operations and specialised AdTech roles.
  • Direct Collaboration: You will work side-by-side with Product and Engineering teams, gaining a deep understanding of how global platforms are built.
  • Global Exposure: You will gain experience working in a fast-paced, international environment across multiple time zones.
  • Comprehensive Training: We don’t expect you to know everything on day one—we provide full training to help you master programmatic integrations.
  • Impactful Work: Your troubleshooting and problem-solving will directly ensure the success of major global advertising campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Tech-Savvy Foundation: You hold a degree in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Data, Engineering, Computer Science) and you’re excited to bridge the gap between your studies and the real world.
  • People-First Communicator: You’re an empathetic communicator who really listens to partner needs. You have a knack for turning complex technical concepts into clear, helpful insights and actions for everyone.
  • Data Enthusiast: You’re comfortable diving into data. Excel is your playground, and knowing your way around SQL is a big bonus.
  • Curious Problem-Solver: You’re naturally inquisitive and love solving puzzles. You don't just spot issues—you’re the type of person who loves digging in to find the solution.
  • Sharp Eye for Detail: You take real pride in your work, ensuring that our campaigns run smoothly and our data is always spot on.
  • Team Player: You enjoy working in a global, cross-functional team. You’re great at connecting with colleagues across the UK, Poland, and India, no matter the time zone.
  • Honest & Down-to-Earth: You value openness. You have the confidence to ask questions and admit when you don’t have all the answers—you prefer to learn and grow rather than pretend.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks
