Vintry & Mercer is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic Front Office team in London.

The ideal candidate will provide a 5-star service, assist guests with check-in/check-out, and maintain positive relationships with guests.

This role requires previous experience in a similar role, outstanding organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well both in a team and independently.

A knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office is preferred.
